Treatment Name
1. Spinal dysraphism: including lipomyelomeningocele, myelomeningocele, myeloschisis, dermal sinus, split cord malformations, and other occult spinal dysraphic anomalies.
2. Tethered cord syndrome: including primary tethered cord, retethering, thickened filum terminale, and complex dysraphic tethering.
3. Spina bifida and related congenital spinal anomalies: requiring multidisciplinary evaluation and long-term neurological follow-up.
4. Congenital brain and spinal anomalies: including structural developmental abnormalities of the central nervous system.
5. Craniosynostosis: including Scaphocephaly, brachycephaly, Trigonocephaly requiring cranial vault remodeling or endoscopic management where appropriate.
